International Journal of Management Perspectives
(IJMP) is an interdisciplinary scholarly journal, which
is blind peer-reviewed and published quarterly. The
journal’s focus is on theories, methods and applications
related with new developments and perspectives in the
fields of management.
All
submitted articles should be original and must not be
under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Manuscripts should follow the format style of the
journal.
IJMP
reviews papers within approximately three months of
submission and publishes accepted articles in the
relevant forthcoming issues upon receiving the final
versions.

EDITORIAL INFORMATION
Rationale for launching
the journal:
The IJMP is a new international peer-reviewed journal
aiming at publishing high quality research findings in
all sub-areas of management.
Editorial objectives and
coverage:
IJMP welcomes articles from different regions of the
world and aims to publish articles that can be
theoretical, empirical and/or policy oriented. The basic
aim of the journal is to encourage research on new
developments and perspectives mainly in the field of
management.
Target market and key
research areas
It is designed to provide an
audience of academic researchers and educators, as well
as business professionals, by publishing both
theoretical and empirical research relating to
management and strategy issues. IJMP provides
theoretical and empirical research addressing
international management and business strategy,
comparative and cross-cultural management, total quality
management, organizational behavior, marketing
management, quality management and human resource
management, among others. IJMP also focus
literature reviews and critiques that include a guide
for improved theory and international management and
business research in the boundaries of international
management fields.
Submission Guidelines
The IJMP is an international journal that
aims to publish articles in all areas of management .
All papers are subjected to a blind peer-review process.
Manuscripts are invited from academicians and
practitioners for publication consideration. The journal
welcomes submissions in all areas listed above as key
research topics of the journal.
Each
manuscript must include at most a 150 word abstract.
Authors
should list their contact information on a separate
paper and suggest JEL classification code for their
articles.

Contributors should adhere to the format of the
journal.

There is no submission fee.

Our
managing editor, co-editors and editorial board
members are all excluded from the publication fee.

Publication fee for each accepted article per
paper
is 100 U.S. Dollar. The contact author is responsible person
from the payment process.
The fee should be deposited as soon as you get your
conditional acceptance.
Refund Policy
Please
note that ones your manuscript has been conditionally
accepted by our journals' referees your
publication fee cannot be demanded back in case of paper
withdrawal.
